Elder Rigby threw a Orange on a roof

 Hello everybody!

This week was actually pretty epic. We had a wind of destruction sweep our area and there were people's fences all over and tree branches all over the place. People would stop their cars and get out to move branches. It was a little scary but mostly just fun. We were scared that trees would fall on us- but no trees fell- on us. We did see trees on smashed cars though. . Lol.

Also, we are now voice Interpreting for the school for the Deafs' play. We've been going for a little bit of rehearsal every now and then and it's sooo cool to just be immersed in Deaf. We were in the Deaf School! Everybody we saw is fluent in ASL! All around us people were signing! Soo cool.
The play is 'Tinkerbell' and one funny thing is the kid that plays Captain Hook signs with one hand always in a hook shape. It's funny but also hard to understand.
I'm voicing for a pirate that has one line and it's "I miss my mommy too!" I can relate.

Also Elder Rigby threw a orange on the roof.

Remember Zahara from a buy ago? Our Afghani friend who was interested but then her husband said no more. Sad
Well🐋 we ran into her and her son and picked up where we left off and it was going great!
Then her husband walked out and she just started laughing! He was pretty upset. We told him we were just saying hi and then we left. I hope we didn't get her in trouble!

Also we did a temple tour with Tina, our Deaf older black grandma friend. I wanted to interpret some of it but not enough to tell Elder Rigby to stop and let me have a turn. At the end Elder Rigby was flirting. I mean talking with the temple Square sisters and I interpreted their conversation so that was good to get some practice. Tina was kinda feeling abandoned so it was good I hopped in and let her know what was happening. She will be baptized this Saturday! She is my first friend who will be baptized!

After that we got Raising Canes cuz apparently it's a big deal. It was pretty good.

On Saturday we helped with a stake youth missionary activity that was missionary themed. This activity has been being planned for over 6 months and was perfectly correlated and it all fell into place perfectly. The youth were assigned to a mission and got a call letter and had companions too. We taught them how to do street contacting and answered all of their questions. We got to bear testimony and that was epic. All the missionaries from the stake (that lived in the stake before their mission) sent in a video about their daily lives and their testimonies. It was sooo cool. I've heard from a few of the youth and they said it was one of the most spiritual experiences they had. I'm really happy that I was able to be a part of that.

So that's what's up.
Take charge of your own testimony. Pray for spiritual confirmation and opportunities to grow and share your testimony. Read the Book of Mormon every day. Please please read the Book of Mormon.

Love u all bye bye
